How do I place an order on the new store?

Once you login, you will have access to the same categories as the old store; Uniforms, Special Orders, Promotional Items and Run Outs, which is split into Uniforms and Merchandise). You can either select the category to view, or search using the PFS code or item name. To purchase:

  1. Select the item that you would like to purchase
  2. Select the sizes and the amount of items per size, when you are finished click ‘ADD TO CART’
  3. NOTE: If you are selecting ‘Name Embroidery’, click ‘ADD TO CART’ every time you need to change name
  4. Once you are finished selecting items, click the ‘Cart’ symbol in the top right corner of your page
  5. Please check your items, sizing, quantity and name (if applicable) are correct and click ‘CHECKOUT’
  6. Your name and shipping address should pre-populate, if they do not, please add them and tick ‘Save my address information’ for future transactions
  7. Click ‘NEXT’
  8. Select ‘Red Tomato Freight’ or ‘Your Freight Account’. We will use one of three methods for freight; Startrack, Allied or Go and charge you on dispatch. For your freight account, we will call you for
  9. Click ‘CONTINUE’
  10. Select your Billing Contact and Address. If they are the same as your Shipping Contact and Address just tick the boxes saying ‘Same as shipping contact’ and ‘Same as shipping address’
  11. Select your Billing Method; choose from direct deposit (invoice due on arrival of goods) or credit card
  12. Click ‘PLACE ORDER NOW’ to confirm your order

 

What are lead times for backordered items?

Standard lead times for backordered items are 10 working days. We are constantly replenishing our stock to limit backorders and waiting times.

 

Will I be charged freight for backorders?

You will only be charged freight if the items are not in the Uniform category on the website. If you backorder contains a Uniform item, then you will not be charged freight

 

Why is freight not included in my total cost?

Unfortunately we cannot estimate which freight method to use at the time of order. This will be determined at the time of dispatch. When invoiced, your order will include freight charges; we will call you if the freight charge seems high. Our three methods of freight are as follows:

  1. Go Logistics - For Sydney metro and some regional franchises. Lead time - Overnight

  2. Startrack - Air Satchels for smaller orders that will be in 1, 3 and 5kg increments. Lead time - 2-3 working days

  3. TNT Express- Larger items, will be shipping in boxes via road. Lead time - 3-7 working days depending on location
     

Alternatively, if it would be cheaper/more efficient to use your freight account and courier, please let us know at the time of ordering.

 

I lost my password, how do I change it?

Every franchise has been given a unique password, if you feel you have forgotten yours, please contact Zack by emailing zack@redtomato.com.au or calling the office at 02 9634 2340. We will be able to provide you with details on your default password. To change the password yourself

  1. Click ‘Forgot Password’ when you are prompted to login

  2. Enter your email and click ‘Reset Password’. If your email exists in our system, you will be emailed a reset link (this takes a couple of minutes)

  3. When you receive the link, follow the prompts to reset your password. NOTE: You will need to change your password to something different each time

 

How do I add name embroidery and how long will that take?

Name embroidery can be added to selected shirts and jumpers on our online store. When selecting your items, select your size, how many shirts you want this applied to and the name you want to apply. If you want to do multiple names for the same style garment, hit ‘Add to Cart’ before continuing.

Generally for name embroidery the lead times are around 10 working days. You will be charged freight when this order in complete.

 

What if my order is not what I wanted/expected/ordered?

To receive a return authorisation, or for questions on returns or exchanges, please email zack@redtomato.com.au and include your Name, Franchise Name and Order Number.

 

What if I have a pending event with a critical due date?

Our inventory changes daily. The best way to ensure the availability of products for critical due dates is to call our office on 02 9634 2340, we will do our absolute best to ship your order on time. Our hours of business are: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 PM.

 

What if my order has already been placed and I need to make a change to it?

Please call our office on 02 9634 2340. Have your order number ready if available.

 

What does it mean to use the “Purchase Order” method of payment?

When you choose “purchase order” as the method of payment the entire cost of your order, including shipping charges, is invoiced directly. Most accounts will be on prepaid or 14 day accounts.
